No it didn't. The Dark Knight game never came to fruition, and Arkham Asylum is not based on it (but is surely riding on its success).

Oh crap thats the comic Tin Tin that that Jackson and Speilburg are planning to make a epic film series about?
I remember that OLD comic...... Didn't realize that was it.
Whats next George Lucas and Sam Rami make a epic movie about Archie and Jug Head.

Yeah, Tenten didn't get nearly as much screen time as Lee and Neji, which I didn't think was fair, conside- oh.
