Every time I see one of those monsters I think of that noise the heavy makes in TF2 when he eats a sandwich. OM NOM NOM!

Best trailer of the game I've seen so far. But really, didn't they have any unannounced 3rd party games to show?

Strange there was no mention of Monster Hunter Tri. Or did I miss something...

The graphics look decent, unfortunately it's rail shooter, isn't it?

Yeah, rail shooter.
But come on, it's not exactly like you did a lot of running around or backtracking in the original Dead Space. It was all go forward, get back, and sometimes stand in a door frame so they can't hit you.

The last time there was genuine choice in the rail shooter genre was the Dreamcast - I never owned a PS2. Never did I envisage a renaissance this generation. It's so cool.
Granted this title - alongside RE:DC - had been long been announced, it's still rather nice that Nintendo decided to throw its focus on this duo rather than other, more expected, efforts.
Hopefully we'll hear about Sin and Punishment later on in the week, though.

I think they have booths for people to play Sin and Punishment 2. So we should hear about hands on by Joystiq.

It'll definitly have more of those oh shit moments. That's if they keep the parts where you get ganged by 20 necros. That might be a little difficult to manage on rails.
Dead space is so freaking cool, everyone should experience it. Even if it is neutered.
