it's fairly easy to understand guitar hero actually. same with this game.

You know what I wasnt that impressed by the idea of this game but now that I see it being played and listened to that one track I like it.
Honestly I can see this game take off just for being a party game. Couple friends some beers and blasting this frak out of this. Yeah i can see this.

Agreed! I don't know about the gameplay, but so far, the music has been fucking awesome. I can definitely see stumbling home at 3 a.m. with a bunch of people and getting the afterparty started with this. "Hey, last call. You guys wanna go back to my place and play some DJ Hero?"

While I THINK I can imagine what action corresponds to those different symbols on the track...I have NO clue just what exactly it reflects in regards to actual DJing.
Except that I'm still trying to figure out where the best part of DJing (the freestyling) comes into play. If this game doesn't have some kind of freestyle mode then it's fail.

I was wondering how they would make the game difficult enough using only 3 buttons. I see now! And it actually is pretty enticing... Still on the fence, but the skill set required to play this effectively looks like it would be fun to get down.
