Wolfenstein E3 trailer returns to familiar territory

Admittedly, there are plenty of new things in Wolfenstein. Veil Sight, a bigger, badder Nazi opposition, and new, destructive weapons are just a few of these things. But, as much as things change, some things stay the same, including protagonist BJ Blazkowicz and his penchant to shoot first and ask later. You know, if BJ tried to talk it out instead of resorting to violence at the drop of a Nazi helmet, he might have less problems in his life. But, then again, if that was the case, you wouldn't be reading this amazing post on Joystiq.com.

The whole trailer makes me feel like whatever computer they're playing on needs to join the rest of us in 2009. It looks less like slow motion and more like horrible framerate.

I'm betting its the 360 version.

I thought the frame rate was a problem with the computer I'm using, but I guess not. This game is feeling very Fallout 3 meets Metroid Prime, and that makes me feel warm on the inside.

Yea this looks pretty bad in terms of graphics. The environments and character models are not that impressive and it looks like it's not running very nicely. If the game is somehow still not polished enough to show in a trailer, why make one? It only highlights the current flaws in the game.

I remember comments saying the graphics didn't look all that spectacular; whether or not this is the case that looks like a HUGE pile of fun.

Ok, seriously?

The graphics and guns look cool , but every scene in the video was him walking slowly up to a room full of guys who are trying to shoot him but appear incapable of doing so, and hosing all of them with his uber-guns. If this is normal mode, I won't buy this unless it comes with super extra-hard-insane-legendary mode.

The BJ in BJ Blazkowicz stands for blowjob.

I hate these guys.

I noticed they took out iron sights for this trailer that really got the fanboys (actually, myself included) heated up on the forums. Still no details on the multiplayer though which is all I really care about.
