Jesper Kyd returning to compose Assassin's Creed 2 soundtrack

We also spotted Jesper Kyd at the Ubisoft E3 booth. After assuring him that Puel had already spilled the beans, Kyd noted that he was still in the process of composing the music, ahead of the game's November 17th release. We can't wait to hear it! Oh, and play it, obviously.

This is great news, I don't think anyone will deny that Access the Animus was a pretty great/catchy tune.

So all of desmonds ancestors in the AC series all look and talk exactly alike. as in they have the same voice and face as he does. you know nathan drake has the same voice and doesnt look 2 dissimilar. a distant relative prehaps?

nathan drake does not have the same voice. Drake was voiced by Nolan North. Altair was voiced by Philip Shahbaz, honestly they sound nothing alike

really? i honestly cant remember desmonds voice any more. i was just going by nolan norths wikipedia page, honestly if u cant trust random-stranger made web pages what can you trust

This is great news, as I think Jesper Kyd is the best game-music composer there is.
Inon Zur is also up there with him.

His soundtrack is out on Amazon and iTunes. Since I use a Zune I opted for the Amazon route. But that release is fairly recent. Just in the past month. I look forward to hearing his rendition backdropped with the new timeperiod.
