Seeking to add a taste of home to our exotic Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles fare, Joystiq's Kevin Kelly concocted this new condiment, which adds delightful, bloggy flavor to your favorite foods. If you can't find it in the "foods named after websites" aisle of your local grocery store, try the "regular food with stickers on it" aisle.

I guess it's the norm where you guys are. But chicken and waffles? What an odd combination. I mean, they are definitely delicious items of food on their own but I would never have thought to have them together. It's like someone said "What two restaurants can I combine to make a successful business....Waffle House and KFC! It can't lose!"

I live in New York, and I was recently at a restaurant that specialized in chicken and waffles. I was skeptical (of course) but at the behest of my family I ordered it anyway (and with syrup!), anyway, it was fantastic. It was over the moon fantastic.

as a resident hispanic i don't do Ketchup as much as i do Tapatio Hot Sauce.... But if u strap on a sombrero and make a Joystiq hot sauce then i'll be all over that
