Did SMG allow you to dictate when and where the orientation of gravity was manipulated like this video seems to suggest this game does? If not then that's a significant difference.

No, it didn't; the gravity changed when you walked into specific areas. So yes, that's a difference.

Sounds like it didn't actually work in this game though due to the Wii remote controller not being good enough at detecting the twist move... Shame this doesn't support MotionPlus. (Although a bit depressing that you need it for something so simple.)

Doesn't really sound like a good enough game to buy, especially with so many interesting games coming out...

More like you want to drink Coke but all you have is Sam's Choice Cola.

I'm liking the rather epic music. Not something you would have gotten from Mario Clones in the 16-bit days.

Don't think I'll be getting it.

But now I want a 3D And Yet It Moves.

"this may be a nice diversion, but one that wouldn't last as long as just playing through Super Mario Galaxy again would."

You could say the same about many games - why play "Battlefield: Bad Company" when you could play a few matches in "Call of Duty". For that matter, why buy any FPS game when you can just keep playing Halo forever!

Galaxy clone, short, & linear, sorry but that actually sounds great to me. Hopefully they fix the twisting kinks so this could be a nice tideover for Galaxy 2.

Hell if its 1/10 as good as Super Mario Galaxy itll be a great game.
