That's actually not true, nothing Rare made under Nintendo is owned by Nintendo, with the exception of Donkey Kong, and any other Nintendo liscences that may be slipping my mind.

Perfect Dark, Jet Froce Jemini, Banjo and even Goldeneye are 100% owned by Microsoft now. Like I said before, the only problem with Goldeneye comes from the Bond liscence, it has nothing to do with Nintendo.

Would have made more sence to reference the fact they ported Rare's other N64 titles Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie, but perhaps that makes too MUCH sense. /:
