PSN Thursday: There's a DLC party and you're invited

So VidZone doesn't work in the US -- we checked -- but American PSN users will be able to feast on some content that Europeans didn't get hold on, as payback. In particular, PopCap's Heavy Weapon, the release of Bomberman ULTRA and another new PS1 game, Medal of Honor Underground. Of course, there's also the same amount of crazy DLC for Killzone 2, Burnout Paradise, LittleBigPlanet and World At War. PSP fans can also pick up a digital copy of Hot Shots Open Tee 2.

Well...another MoH? I haven't even started playing the the first one yet......because I've been to busy playing RE....can't complain though!! This year is indeed going to be good for PSN.

I've been playing the RB demo and you know...the game seems pretty good. The demo should not be a gimped version of a DEMO. Like the gameplay, that is fun.

Big Surf Island for me, providing my internet decides it wants to stay on. Flickering on and off the last hour or so. Kind of a meh update other than the burnout dlc though.

Heavy Weapon's good and all, but I bought it on XBLA like a year ago and I've played Bomberman like 100 different times they've re-released it so much.

Guess I'll give gunstar heroes a buy since it's only $5.

They say it has "re-worked art for high-definition displays" (most likely 16x9 aspect, and smoothing as mentioned above me). It has online leaderboards. Oh, and trophies.

If nothing here looks good for you I'd recommend the classic Crash 3 for 5 bones. Its amazing. Every level is completely different. Picked it up randomly last thurs.

EA has done this before. they put it out early so it's there when the game launches. in the past it was alot of stuff you could unlock just by playing through the game, like car parts. if people are buying it though i can't fault EA for selling it.

And it does seem to be easier to get kills. When you first turn it on it seems like the same, but when you are actually shooting it feels different.

I bought Big Surf Island and it is AWESOME! The dune buggy is SOOOOOO fast! It's so fun. The Island is insane. I might buy the KZ2 DLC. But IDK yet. But Big Surf Island is sooooo freakin awesome. I like that it downloads the island in the newest patch, so that when you get it on the PS store it takes like 5 seconds to download.
