Sonic turns 18 tomorrow, Sega giving you all his presents

Happy Bday? Damn... in a way... he's probably happy he ain't getting those presents... I mean jeese... nothing in there really screams "try to get me", and I've been a Sonic Lover since I was a wee tot, I remember playing Sonic The Hedgehog for the genesis when I was like 5-6. I remember the fact I never could get past the eggbot in Sonic 2 for some reason. And god I remember how much I loved the ice level music in Sonic 3, so much so I'd play that stage just listen to music. I'd kill to get the Sonic The Hedgehog VHS tapes.
Now we have... Sonic X and 4Kids, the stupid "sonic rider and kart" games... Gah... *shudders* I feel so dirty just mentioning Sonic X and that weird, almost homosexual relationship Chris has towards Sonic...

And really...? Sonic The Hedgehog for the 360? The best they could come up for an ending was one that negated the entire story in the first place, as if it never happened...?

Sonic... what have they done to you after the Dreamcast died...?

Well, Sonic Rush was the second game I purchased for my DS (the first being Elite Beat Agents), and I'm glad I did, really. Blaze is the first interesting character Sonic's had since the Dreamcast days. I want to say he's dead to me, but I know I'd be lying. Now, who wants a game about Tails? 'Cause that would get my attention.

*Goes back to making a flash fan fiction.*
