If you haven't spent all your money buying Street Fighter IV controllers, Namco Bandai has a new arcade stick for you to invest in. The official Tekken 6 Wireless Fight Stick Bundle bundles the upcoming game with an art book and a wireless stick made by HORI. The set will be available at various nationwide retailers, and will cost $150 for either the PS3 or Xbox 360 version.
In addition to revealing the official arcade stick for the game, Namco Bandai also released 33 new screenshots of the game, showcasing some of the new characters featured in Tekken 6. Our favorite character? Well, there's that decapitated robot girl ...
Finally, official details of Penny Arcade's collaboration with Tekken 6 have been revealed. The "Samurai" Pack includes a playable Cardboard Tube Samurai skin for Yoshimitsu and 40 Samurai Battle Banners which can be used to customize the other characters in the game. The DLC pack will be available as a GameStop-exclusive pre-order bonus.

Oooh, I love that controller, but not $150 love.. :(
ballistic3188 @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:44PM
but it includes the game making the stick around 90 bucks.
Misfit Toy @ Jun 22nd 2009 7:20PM
Totally my thoughts. I would love to have this. But $150 is steep for anyone but the hardcore fighting fan.
Storm Eagle @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:50PM
Good news and bad news.
Good news: It IS a Hori Fighting Stick. So $150 clams for that isn't entirely rediculous.
Bad news: Gamestop exclusive bullshit again.
Stix Remix @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:02PM
I find your misspelling ridiculous.
HDpurist @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:24PM
Sticks, not Stix....sheesh.
Stix Remix @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:55PM
Just don't pick me up, HDpurist.

"Good news: It IS a Hori Fighting Stick. So $150 clams for that isn't entirely rediculous."
I disagree completely. I know some lovers of fighting games like the arcade sticks much better than D-Pad/analog stick, but regardless of build quality, there is really no reason why such a controller should cost so much.
I really don't see what is going into an arcade stick that would make it cost upwards of three times as much as a Wiimote/360/Sixaxis controller.
Bootleg Zani @ Jun 23rd 2009 7:33PM
Only the DLC is a GameStop exclusive. The Wireless Arcade Stick bundle should be available at most retailers which hopefully means Amazon.
Bootleg Zani @ Jun 23rd 2009 7:40PM
Amazon actually already has them for pre-order.
Duke @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:50PM
Wow! The fight stick prices always amaze me.
Hydrophobicfish @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:53PM

Also... booo to Gamestop exclusive things.
Preston @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:55PM

It is the stick, art book, and GAME for $150, so that is a $80 stick, the same as the Standard street fighter one, If this is a easy mod stick, then swap out new parts for $40 and you got yourself a top quality stick. Anyway, I think it is good deal, but I got two SF4-TE:Fightsticks so I'm don't need it/can't afford it.
Preston @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:54PM
Clearly I'm a nerd with more money than sense. I just pre-ordered the fight-stick version. :|
green11420 @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:41PM
Me too! Got the PS3 version based solely on the fact that I've played Tekken on a PS controller my whole life. Now I get to practice on the sticks!
NitroMikeo @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:57PM
Let the button bashing begin ^^

"I'm a proud Eddy Gordo player."

fix'd
j0e @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:58PM
Not a bad deal...but I'm not really that into Tekken.
Heavytoka @ Jun 22nd 2009 4:59PM
I don't think I can convince my wife that I need a 150 dollar controller lol
SourceJR @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:26PM
its not a 150 controller its a 60 dollar game a estimated 15 bucks book so its only 75 bucks for the controller....yeah tell her that...... that'll work.............
Mo @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:39PM
i can't convince my controller i need a wife!!
Ashitaka @ Jun 22nd 2009 7:52PM
Mo, that's a bit sad... And it's a bit sad that you were upvoted too.
I'm 19 so I don't have that many aspirations now but... really?
chispito @ Jun 22nd 2009 8:09PM
Well it sounds like your wife is doing you a favor.
Old_Snake @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:03PM
Those Hori sticks are usually pretty expensive and pretty well built so that's probably not that bad of a deal, but that's still a big price tag. Not surprised, though, seems most CE/LE's nowadays are getting pricier and pricier
j.howlett @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:07PM
damn it gamestop
E.J. @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:08PM
Anyone want to buy a Hori HRAP EX with Sanwa buttons?
http://twitpic.com/22jgw
Yellow and red are Sanwas, the rest are Hori stock. Stick is Sanwa JLF.
Would like to fund this new, wireless stick. :)
chaos123x @ Jun 22nd 2009 7:14PM
What about mine?

And here's my Hori Fighting Stick with my HRAP3:
http://i39.tinypic.com/2luv3hi.jpg
So I guess this is the same thing as the Fighting Stick with all Hori parts but wireless? Right?
Shmil @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:10PM
Dirty? where are you?
Dirty @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:13PM
Trying to sleep..... oh WTF!!! DEATH TO GAME STOP!!!
Game_playa @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:16PM
Where is the hand of the girl in the middle reaching for?
Game_playa @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:16PM
?
Duke @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:17PM
Thats some funny stuff there!
Shmil @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:27PM
Hand of the girl? If you're asking about my avatar when its not Peppy or Snidley Whiplash, it is the Grand Galactic Inquisitor from one of the greatest cartoon series in the history of mankind, "The Venture Brothers"'
IGNORE ME!
BigD145 @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:16PM
Does anyone remember that monstrosity of a controller from some years back that was about the same price? WTF is this thing? It's got 10x fewer buttons.
Obi-Habby @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:23PM
I want that stick. I am hyped about Tekken on 360. Hoping the there will be enough people on LIVE to play. Soul Calibur 4 was a blast online. Would be awesome if it was PC like Street Fighter 4.
HDpurist @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:27PM
yeah, I'd pay for this premium price...only if it also came with a life-size blowup doll of one of those babe fighters ooh yeah....
Dirty @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:34PM
Dibs on pink hair.
Dirty @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:34PM
I'm mostly curious if the carpet matches the drapes.
chaos123x @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:37PM
So does this have quality Semitsu or Sanwa parts?
If not, are the insides all quick connects so you can switch out the crappy Hori buttons and stick with a quickness?
Common Ground?
RagingStormX @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:50PM
A hori stick at this price tag will more than likely have a Sanwa JFL joystick. But I think the price is high because of the stick being wireless.....something that I am too fond of. A wired arcade controller almost guarantee's no input lag...not so sure about a wireless one. Although the SFIV madcats fightpads didn't show signs of lag...provided that it was still able to function. Meh...but it is Hori, so I will keep my eyes on this. Its saddens me to see that they (hori) still keep the start and select bottons on the face of the contoller....maybe there is a kill switch.
Hexen @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:41PM
That fight stick looks good even better and more unique than the actual game.I would buy it just for use of SF4 and Tekken 5.
Lunastra78 (PSN: lunastra78) @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:42PM
Why did they remove Ogre from the game? Whyyyyyy?
SourceJR @ Jun 22nd 2009 6:24PM
boss characters don't usually go on to the next game thats why devil isnt in it or oger or jinpatchi.
Lunastra78 (PSN: lunastra78) @ Jun 22nd 2009 6:42PM
I mean Ogre not True Ogre. He was in Tekken Tag as well.
SourceJR @ Jun 22nd 2009 7:36PM
tekken tag wasn't story based it also had devil in it.
Manji Ninja @ Jun 22nd 2009 5:43PM
Nice looking stick, but i really can't justify shelling out for it since i'm getting Tekken 6 on PS3 & PSP. The PS3 pad is perfect for Tekken anyway. Cardboard Samurai may make Yoshimitsu more popular! Yoshimitsu is my fave character (also in Soul Calibur), but i very rarely meet others when playing online. Most players seem to like Lili! ;0)
