All you idiots that want to act like the expert on shootings (I'm talking to you sly and BIGGEN) Might want to read up on how shootings work.

I'm sure you are all robocop with a targeting system in your head that can take out kneecaps with flawless accuracy, but for us, non T-800 humans, accuracy on the range does not equal real life, life threatening situation accuracy.

Read police reports of shootings. In a stressful situation, even the most trained person's accuracy suffers, that is why you are taught to aim for center mass. Here's a quick military law enforcement training tip for you: When your life is in danger, you shoot to kill, you only draw your weapon when you intend to kill, you do not fire warning shots, you do not brandish a weapon to scare an attacker off. You meet the threat with the least amount of force available.

I would classify 4 guys more than capable of killing or seriously injuring one guy, so I'd have shot to kill all of them.

However, leaving getting the gun, not calling the police and then shooting fleeing attackers all point to an unjustified shooting, and stopping to go get the gun, then coming back and shooting shows premeditation, so that's why he's a murderer.

Damn, I expected this much over a PS3, but a PS2? Isn't that REALLY REALLY cheap? Well at least the guy died in the crossfire of a gaming fuelled shoot-out.

Hmm, reminds me of the time that the PS3 came out and there were all of these shootings across the U.S.

And wasn't there a brawl-out during the release of the Nintendo 64?

There's still life after his sentence, it's never to late. I've read a lot of bad write ups about video games but this one will change your point of view, check http://www.articlecounty.com/index.php?page=article&article_id=445816

What's good with this man, is he know how to ask for forgiveness.
