IGN shows us Milo's future
77
Concept and execution are two totally different worlds. Although the concept and initial presentation of Lionhead Studios' Milo blew everyone away at E3 2009, what does fate have in store for the little digital boy's longterm execution? IGN attempts to answer that question in a little sketch they put together. We all know Milo will lose his innocence once he's in the hands of normal people, but just how bad will it become? Check out the video after the break.

Like I said when Milo was first announced ... Pedophiles will rejoice. They can do their thing in the privacy of a virtual world.

Look the gigantic size of the Natal. I've had submarine sandwiches smaller than that. Hilarious.

They basically stole this Milo routine from the Giantbomb podcast. Difference is, the giantbomb guys are funnier.

I actually enjoyed this video, I knew it was only a matter of time before we seen a Milo spoof, and this is a good one. I think we could still see a perverted one with a female being the milo character, and a geek being her "master".

I think the concept was ripe for hilarity, but the implementation was subpar.

The girl and the guy weren't very funny (unfunny sex jokes FTL), but the guy playing Milo was pretty good.

The only interesting thing about the video was when Chobot said she needed to get laid.

Horrible. A perfect example of trying to hard to be funny.

I really hope they offer more "people/characters" to interact with. I just don't think I'd feel comfortable interacting with a young child doing mundane tasks. It seems boring.
I love the concept and the interaction, but I just can't see myself relating with the character Milo and probably wouldn't want to.
I forsee this Milo prototype turned into a "Myst" like experience, which could be fun. I would probably prefer an experience like "7th Guest", and being able to interact with the other ghosts and games/puzzles.
