My favorite Xbox Live Arcade title is Carcassonne. Love this puzzle/strategy game and wish there had been more add-ons for it. It was a title I did not expect to care for that ended up being a surprise hit at my house between my wife and I.

Castle Crashers is by far my favorite on XBLA so far. I've played through the entire game 15+ times.

Definitely Geometry Wars. There are many subtle differences between the first and the second that become more noticeable after long hours of play, so I like the mechanics of the first one better. Plus, it's a lot more challenging in my opinion.
