All of you Europeans who enjoy a bit of the parkour-inspired gameplay of Mirror's Edge now and again, we've got a treat for you. PSN now has all of the Mirror's Edge DLC content available at the low, low cost of free. The news comes courtesy of TheSixthAxis, and we've logged on ourselves to confirm that, yes, you can now nab all of the game's content with no need to spend anything. If you don't own Mirror's Edge, it's got to be on sale somewhere around you -- and honestly, there is no suitable excuse for not owning it.
Oh, and before you US residents go rushing to turn on your PS3, know that we already checked PSN for this and the content is still priced as usual.
[Thanks, Josh!]

Anyone know if the European DLC works on the American version of the game?

It never usually does...
Also: Why can't EA start doing this for other titles like Dead Space. I'm sure with more people going back to their great games (like Dead Space) free DLC could provide a new hook in which to drag in potential customers.
Hey, does anyone else like Dead Space?

couldn't hurt to try. rent ME and download it off the EU store and hope for the best. the worst that can happen is you now have a new game to play for a week, unless you're lazy and forget to return it.

I think DLC might be region locked, but not 100% certain...
I have it/beat it, it was ok, but not sure I want to play it again.

Are you using a NA PS3? I've installed it, but the maps don't show up in the menu.

I downloaded it, just in case I do pick up the game in the future. It can't screw things up if it doesn't work on a US game.

Ah man I hope this works on the American version!
