'Activision Showdown' series pits troops against pro athletes
On Friday, July 24, NASCAR's Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will kick off a new promotional venture from Activision, where the games publisher will team up with Pro vs GI Joe to host competitions in Activision titles such as Guitar Hero and Call of Duty. The competitions will be comprised of sports athletes taking on active service members, with the first event featuring NASCAR driver Martin Truex Jr. and members of the Indiana National Guard throwing down in some Guitar Hero Smash Hits.
It's funny because Truex Jr. actually drives the Guitar Hero car. What a coincidence!

I have never seen Truex Jr. drive a Guitar Hero car, but Aric Almirola used too when he was driving for DEI earlier this year.
