Call of Duty: World at War PC patch 1.5 arrives tomorrow
Downloadable content sure seems to move along a lot faster without all that pesky "certification" getting in the way, huh? It seems like only yesterday that we heard about patch 1.5 for the PC version of Call of Duty: World at War -- an update that would bring along the Map Pack 2 DLC that console-based Duty-answerers had to pay for a few months ago. We just heard word from Treyarch, who explained the update will go live tomorrow. But at what time tomorrow? We may never know. (Okay, fine -- we'll probably know tomorrow.)
A full list of changes coming in the patch is after the jump.

wow, the graphics in that screenshot really are a lot better than on consoles. so let me get this right, games are 10 bucks cheaper, you get most paid dlc for free, you can use mods, and your games look better? I really need to get on the PC train, although I suck at using a keyboard and mouse. I guess thats just what happens when you're brought up on consoles

Luckily, many modern PC games work with controllers, many support the Xbox 360 controller native, just plug and play. I think COD5 will need some modding for that but shouldn't be too hard.

It's pretty much always been this way. It depends more on what environment you enjoy. I've personally got a very good PC, but simply enjoy playing games with my home theater system. Plus, most of my friends game on consoles so that's where I game as well.

Your money would have been better spent buying The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition two and a half times.
