This is really disappointing. I love the PSP, and I own one, but I don't think Valkyria Chronicles is really a PSP game... Not to mention that the only people who've played the original are PS3 owners. Which means that the people who play this game either have to buy a PSP or just pretend like they liked the first game and play the sequel without having played the first. I know those aren't the only two categories and I've committed a huge logical fallacy, but even so I would still rather see a sequel on the PS3. With trophies. Indeed.

Naw, this game is a great fit for the PSP. It has very relaxed gameplay. You can take your time during the battles to make your moves. Handheld games are great for that.

Valkyria Chronicles, Assasins Creed, GTA Chinatown Wars, Resident Evil, Silent Hill, Parasite Eve, FF Dissidia, FF XIII, Tales of, Gran Turismo, Motorstorm, LittleBigPlanet, Metal Gear Solid, Persona, Army of Two, Saints Row, Tekken, Soul Calibur...

I can only say: OMG! What an incredible line-up!

Shame on all who said the PSP would be dead.

Yeah, I'll be picking this up. Probably Week 1 purchase for me.

This takes place two years after the first game, not three.

Wouldn't their sales decrease on the PSP due to piracy? Although I'm sure it's cheaper to develop for.

I wonder if the Gallian military will now be fighting with the Atlantic Federation on their western border.

I cannot fully express my disappointment that it is going to be PSP only. It's like admiring a beautiful piece of art through a muddy fish tank.

That said, I'm now a lock to buy a PSP and this game at the earliest opportunity.

Bleh, bad news for me since it's on the PSP, I play enough PS3 and PC when I'm home and I'm not going to buy a PSP which can be played outside.. I had a DS once for some exclusive games like Phoenix Wright, Pokemon and some other mystery/puzzle based stuff.. and because games are not huge, 100mb max per game so.. sold it after a year thought... sad, I wish Sega could reconsider and make a PS3 version, the game probably sold like shit because no one ever heard of it, heck I saw it at a friend and did some research on it, the comments were like 'best game ever' but when I took a look at the game play, I was like 'Huh o.O???' but it was too late I already ordered it, but I didn't regret it. I cleared the game after over a 30 hours game play, I have some other games to finish so I wont clear it again, even thought new content will be unlocked after you clear it, I'll wait and when I almost forget about it, I'll enjoy it one more time, Heck I downloaded the Anime because this game couldn't get even more awesome.. peace.
AND MAKE A PS3 VERSION!!!!!! OR WAR!!
