Aren't like half the tracks for zone mode? That's kind of disappointing. Still I'm a big Wipeout HD fan so I'll be picking this up regardless.

Well I'm not a huge fan of zone so I'd rather pay more and get more regular tracks. That's just me though.

Disregard, turns out there are 8 regular tracks and 4 zone ones... Not bad, not bad at all.

Last I knew zone modes were the normal tracks it just removes the backgrounds and makes the track flashy. So it should still be 8 new tracks.

Yea really. The only game faster is F-Zero, and they haven't done anything with that recently.

This pretty much doubles the original content; the price is very reasonable. Especially considering that other games will charge you $3 for just one extra vehicle or a couple of skins.

phinnvr6, the game gets waaay better and much more challenging. they start you off at a very slow speed for newcomers and so its not overwhelming for people who have never played wipeout before. As soon as you get past a couple events you start getting the faster speed classes and the game gets really fun. thats where the intense fast gameplay videos come in. You should def get it, best money i ever spent.

Oh hellz yeah it's good. I didn't play the demo, because I bought it, but I imagine that it only contained the slower speed classes. Trust me, especially in Zone mode, it gets stupid fast. I am SOOOOOO excited for Fury!!!

Buy a power supply off ebay! Same thing happened to me (didnt turn on) a few months ago and replacing the power supply for $50 fixed it. I was out of warranty so that was a way better option than the $150 Sony wanted. But even if you're still in warranty, it may be worth it, as the turn around time will only be a few days instead of 2-3 weeks.

It sucks that some people think this game is slow.. obviously they didn't get very far in the game. It gets ridiculously fast later in the game.

Once upon a time, there was Extreme-G. Then it's sequel.
Then... there was F-Zero GX, the hardest racing game ever. EVER. (I replaced a Gamecube for that game *alone*.)
Now... there's Wipeout HD, and IT'S sequel.
