Well, for a patch that was dead, a vague release date is enough for me.

It was an awesome game, and sure, it didn't have trophies as promised for forever, but hey, at least they're finally getting them. Can't wait for an excuse to start this game from the start again.

I stopped playing it after they promised trophies. I completely missed the part where they flip flopped. I started to ask again on their forums when they trophies were coming, not knowing, and I think a week later they announced they changed their minds again. So I either unknowingly helped restart the flood of demands or I helped keep the demands alive that were already running.

"Hey, remember Bionic Commando Rearmed? Probably not, seeing as it came out almost a year ago."

I still play it quite frequently. In fact, any time a friend comes over, it is almost always on the roster of things to do. Why? The deathmatch multiplayer, of course. If you haven't tried it with several friends, do so right now as it is some of the most ridiculous, frantic, and fast paced multiplayer you will ever touch. Not even kidding a little bit. I'd pick bionic commando over SSB, Tekken Tag, Halo, Age of Empires, or any other multiplayer offering eight times out of ten. Its just that good. Its the kind of game that makes you stand up next to the TV with three other buddies all yelling jibberish about power ups: a video game's video game.

Are you talking about Bionic Commando Rearmed, the NES remake? or the full retail PS3 version Bionic Commando..i.e the one where the guy has dreads and is in 3D....cuz i didn't know the former had a multiplayer deathmatch mode...if you do mean the latter, I agree that it's fun as hell and I'm pissed that no one else plays it...Gamestop has a sale going on where it's only $20 and it's much more than worth it...please buy this game, it sucks having to wait forever to get in a game cuz no one is playing : (

I'm talking about Rearmed, not the shoddy retail game. Multiplayer is local only, though.

PLEASE. And let's not copy-and-paste from the XBLA achievements Capcom. There are a bunch of challenges that are trophy worthy and 12 trophies would be blasphemous. Especially for those like me that bought Protoman mode and the extra stage.

Yah. A reason to *really* start playing in earnest.

What a long, hard saga it has been towards getting trophies for this game.

yeah !
It took so long with so many change of mind that...
I don't care anymore

plus seeing is believing (as it's still strongly possible that it will be cancelled (then reannounced)) or how to make money with trophy without trophy (or did capcom take post release support seriously now)

I never finished the game. Got near the end and got stuck when the platforms disappear and reappear. Now I have a reason to start over.

Did anyone check out the PS Blog when they had the guy from grin first announce that the trophies weren't coming? lol I actually felt sorry for the guy. The community was pretty brutal, but I guess it worked.

I liked the demo. I'll probably pick this up after the patch is finally released.

I bought this when they re-promised to patch in trophies and haven't touched it yet. I'll be playing it when the trophies arrive.

This was an excellent 3D remake of a 2D classic with seriously fun local multiplayer. It was really everything I was hoping for and more, and I didn't give two figs that I wasn't "earning" imaginary trophies for the time I invested in it.

But now that it's getting trophies, will I go back and play through it again? Gladly!

I got frustrated with this game. I don't regret the purchase, but I only made it halfway.
