We've given up on the prospect of ever being able to fly any of the planes featured in Battlefield 1943. It's a far-off, unachievable dream to us now -- we're more likely to become famous billionaire playboys than we are to become pilots in DICE's multiplayer shooter. It seems you lot share our frustration -- you picked Penny Arcade's tribute to the airplane spawn camper, titled "The More Things Change," as your favorite webcomic of last week.
Second and third place went to Digital Unrest's "Prestigious" and Brawl in the Family's "Turnabout Kirby Part 1," respectively. Did you uncover an illustrated gem you'd like to see in this week's poll? Drop a link in the comments, or send in a tip! C'mon, don't be greedy!

If a moron crashes into a mountain and no one is around, does anyone care?
Here are the two possible MNC comics for the next poll:
Call of Duty 4: Presell Junk
http://www.mondaynightcrew.com/issues/comic_0164.html
Black College Football Xperience
http://www.mondaynightcrew.com/issues/comic_0165.html
I always enjoy writing comics about games that receive little to no mainstream coverage. BCFX is definitely on that list. It also helps avoid any overlap from other videogame webcomics. :)

that stuff happens to me all the time, too bad you can turn on friendly fire, because when a teammate steals my plane, I like to jump on the plane as a scout, throw some charges and let it be. If only it would detonate when he's finally in air. They need a hardcore matchmaking!

Last week's was awesome, but didn't get featured. This weeks is good too, though.

That, or two other things happened.
1) People actually got the time to put into flying the warhawks to get good. Flight in Warhawk is a LEARNED skill, doubly so in Battlefield where the flight controls are, well, bad.
2. People realized Warhawks are actually a very small part of the gameplay mechanics and learned how to offer ground support to the few of our buddies in the air.

No wonder you're calling everything out as phail. You're a humorless furry. Suddenly your dickish behavior towards others is explained. Go hump a cat ya goddam furry!

...Right, so I had to go look up what a "furry" is, and frankly I'm quite insulted. Since when are animal-cartoon characters a sign of their author's... mental status? In that case, Bill Waterson was a "Furry", 'cause there was a tiger in his strip?!? Really REALLY uncool.

It is circular, yes.
Though it goes from 'pwned by skill = hax' to 'pwned because accused cheater decides to cheat, and retorts with the same thing all cheaters say'.
Anyway, that's what I intended....:/
