More specifically, a pre-order will snag lucky gamers a hat (a Scribble-hat, if you will). You might be wondering on what occasions it would be appropriate to wear such a hat. The correct answer to that question is all of them.We contacted GameStop to see if the hat would be available for North American pre-orders as well.
