YES!!!!!!

I still play it.. I get all endings except one. PAIN IN THE ARSE. I ought to keep a log of the choices I make to ensure I don't make the same decisions.

By the way.. The pitch of the game is not exploring the mystery of your murder.. it is watching a town transform throughout different centuries... the murder itself is kinda redundant..

I do NOT recommend ANYONE getting this game. Seriously. One of the worst games I ever played.

Take Shenmue, shrink it down, remove most of it's content, make a painfully flawed story with multiple endings that results in time paradoxes thanks to crappy writing (not like the Soul Reaver time paradoxes where there were a lot more enemies with magical powers that could interrupt the time flow)

It's not so much a game, as a "Choose your own adventure" story. There are like 3 parts I experienced where you needed reflexes.

If you combined the worst parts of Maniac Mansion, Shenmue, and Heavy Rain, you'd end up with this game. I can't recommend this game. Not at all. I only got excited about it thanks to Kingdom Hearts, which made me look at Shadow Hearts because of internet searching, which then led me to Shadow of Destiny. I'm glad I borrowed it from my cousin for a day (how long it takes to beat 1 ending) rather than a month. So anti-climactic on the story and this is a pure story based game.

Pretty cool game. I snagged the PC version a few years ago for about 5 bucks, and only got a few endings. Maybe I should reinstall it... if it works on Windows 7, that is...

Still have this on ps2! I remember getting quite obsessed with it in high school. Good on them for giving it another go.

Looks like it'll be pretty import friendly thanks to the english dialog. I still have my PS2 version but maybe I'll keep an eye out for a used version showing up in the local used japanese book store's game rack!
