I think it looks like crap. The characters look awkward and the animation looks as stiff as ever (is it possible that it could look worse than last year?).

I assume the only reason they're showing the Magic versus the Cavs is because Howard is the cover artist and they'd rather show them playing against a team they actually beat. 2K made the right choice in Kobe for their cover and just like in real life the game with the winning team on the cover will have the better, well... game.

2K all the way.

errr...it might be even more likely that rather than wanting to put the power couple of Shaq and Lebron on the court, they didn't want to show Magic v. Lakers because Kobe Bryant was announced as the cover boy for 2K. No offense, but I like my explanation more than yours Joystiq. ;)

Live = Fun
2k = slightly higher realism

I'd watch a IRL game if I didn't want to be entertained for the whole 20 mins.

i read an article recently that said that ea sports nabbed the producer from 2k to help them revamp the game, with that statement i still have hope for this game..you can't really tell from this video whats different though. On the plus side, the net seems to actually move in cohesivness with the ball going into the hoop! Breathtaking..

Does anyone else remember NBA Homecourt? 'Cause I wish that they'd forget about NBA 11 or whatever and make a sequel to Homecourt...
