Square Enix and Eidos announce joint lineup for Gamescom 2009

The event announcement says that both Final Fantasy XIII (as a franchise unto itself, not just the eponymous iteration) and Final Fantasy XIV will be at the show, though it doesn't detail if hands-on time with either will be available, or how much new info to expect, unfortunately. Finally, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Mini Ninjas will be descending from Eidos' camp. Gamescom 2009 kicks off on August 19 - 23 in Cologne, Germany.

Shhh....if Kingdom Hearts 3 comes out, I hope it's multiplataform cause otherwise I will be forced to buy a PS3...

Up to now....? None. Game is comming, yes, but it hasn't been announced for anything, nor we know any kind of detail of the game, so we can count it as if we have been waiting for it. Or not at least in the way we can say the same thing about final Fantasy XIII and Versus XIII. Those, yeah, we have been waiting for a really loooong time, xD

I'm sorry, I thought Square LIKED money, and that announcing a special edition of FF7, with a special bonus dungeon where you can play as Aeris, Sephiroth and Zack would make them umpteen-bazillion dollars.

I never played a Final Fantasy Game Until Dissidia. Demo was awesome, and I've heard that the the seventh final fantasy was the best. Might get it off the PlayStaytion Store.
