Activision details Tony Hawk Ride's 'celebrity' roster

Though we could call the list of folks showing their faces in Tony Hawk Ride a whole mess of things, one we wouldn't call it is "celebrity." Rather than drop in famous folks like Steve-O or, umm, Wolverine, the list that Eurogamer nabbed features more actual skateboarders than anything else.

From Steve Nesser to Dustin Dollin to Mike "I beat up four dudes by myself" Vallely, the roster features little in the way of traditional Tony Hawk tomfoolery. Don't let the halfway-there hoverboard fool you, dearest reader, this is clearly a more serious skateboarding entry in the Tony Hawk game franchise. Peep the entirety of the list after the jump.

Hey, why not make Guitar Hero peripherals while were at it?

we should make Guitar Hero peripherals that double as skateboard. Of course, do to budget concerns, employees must "legally purchase" (and not "steal") their own skateboards and Guitar Hero peripherals

This better not be the full finalized list or they have just lost a customer.

I still love when he showed this off at E3 and the crowd couldn't care less.

Better yet, let me know when it supports the regular 360/Dual Shock controller so I can play it the same way I have played every Tony Hawk game.

I think they've gone a bit too far with the board. It cant work, therefore it wont work.

I hope this game is good. Skate on the Wii with the balance board was absolutely horrid.

Yeaaaaaaaaaa! Mike Mo! But where's all the guys that I know and love from the 1st game to about the 4th? Rune? Nope. Chad? Nope. Not even Tony Hawk! Who is Toe- Knee Hawk anyway?
I think that they should start getting some of the newer guys like on skate 1, 2, and skate it. I mean where the fuck is Rob? Seriously. Mike Caroll and Pat Duffy too. Maybe even Jeff King or Chris Haslam? There are some guys in there who have been in there for 3 or 4 games! Switch it up a little or I'll stop buying the games and get a 360 just for skate.

I don't care which pros are in the game. I only used custom skaters and Rodney Mullen because he IS the perfect balance cheat.

listen...i don't care about this game, but if the board can hook up to my PC, i can properly play Top Skater in my home....which is probably the epitome of life. I effing love Top Skater.

On MAME? Good luck...

theres a Sega Model 2 emulator out there that works pretty decently.
