Not the prettiest stills I've seen for a video game.

not many Wii games have pretty stills... especially after getting used to those from PS3/360 games.

Glad they're finally bringing some of the N64's best racers to the Virtual Console.

Glad someone finally realized you can have 8 people on one console with the Wii.

I'm just curious how that could possibly work. Not from a controller standpoint, but rather how is the screen divided?

Unless there's a big screen connected to it, it's going to be a pain to see your frame, no? But yea, I agree - this should make gamers demand 8 way smash bros.

I think that 8 different screens might be pushing it, but with widescreen becoming ever so much more popular, I feel they could at least divide it six ways. And I know my TV is big enough that everyone could still see their screen. If yours isn't, nothing would be stopping you from playing with only four player.

You see that Nintendo, Bethseda are trying to appeal to "Core" gamers by releasing a futuristic racing game with a semi-realistic look.
Too bad you don't have an IP like that

Need to give 3rd parties a chance. As soon as F Zero is released, that's the core racing scene closed (with only Wave Race or a new Burnout coming close).

You'll never get F-zero. They'll just put in a cruddy mini game in the next Wii Sports that is similar to it, and you're just supposed to be happy with that. Look at the "waverace" rip off in Resort. But hey, at least we have Wipeout HD Fury! :P

That actually kinda looks like a space version of SanFran 2049. Even has the same graphics as the DC title.

Yup, definitely on a roll now. Got any other hackneyed trolls you want to throw out? Want to bitch about friend-codes or something?

Somehow this reminds me of Sky Roads.

I wish someone did a remake of that game.

i wonder if this is that big Wii game that bethesda is supposed to be in development of. i say that because of what i read on the site of the following link

http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/bethesda-next-to-target-mature-wii-market_0

also (unless someone made a mistake there) it says "bethesda making mature Wii games" which by that i would assume that they plan on developing MULTIPLE mature Wii games. if that holds any truth then we could be seeing one of their planned Wii games right here.
