Looks cool but is it supposed to be like an MMO?

no, just an online-RPG. game supports 2-4 player online co-op.

Well that's still cool but doesn't sound quite like my cup of tea. Thanks Zorak.

I'm highly relieved, seeing this. I feared the game had simply gotten lost by the wayside. I kinda want this, considering all the hours i poured into the GameCube version, though i would need to get back in contact with a fan community if i really wanted to do it up right, and i don't need another drain on my time like that

Eh, i'm just rambling. Glad to see the game isn't dead, at any rate.

Pre-ordered two copies.

Yeah, that's right. And you thought I had no money.

Downloaded the japanese version of this to see what it was like a while back, a surprisingly faithful PSO experience. Got a bit of hand cramp playing it on my DS though =/

My last visit to Gamestop suggested the game has a November 11 release. I was hoping moreso for September :(

Good to see this, it puts me at ease. Sega was showing off Sands of Destruction, but not this and it made me a little worried. I guess Sega thinks Sands needs more attention as it's a new IP, while Phantasy Star is not.
