Snigger all you want, but Dynasty Warriors Gundam is actually a very good game, for a Dynasty Warriors game. Miyamoto probably recognised the brilliance of combining giant robots with many more giant robots.

I'd not be suprised if this was not more of a PR type thing to say: 'Hey, we're Nintendo and we love our 3rd party devs!!! See?!?!?!'

complete speculation on my part.

I had a dream where Miyamoto popped up everywhere. It wasn't important to the story, but he just kept appearing in groups. This really reminded me of that dream.

In other news, we need more Zelda-style games, so this is all good.

^Your one to talk. I wish this site used Gravatars bcuz the avvy I have is badass.

On topic/ Samurai Warriors 3 being Wii exclusive and the fact that Miyamoto is involved just put this game in a higher eschelon than any other 3rd party game coming out.

Does anyone know when it releases in Japan?

Can you use a GCN controller as well, or am I finally going to have to buy a classic? Also, same question about Monster Hunter?

Actually, y'know what, Monster Hunter's the only one I really care about. That line in the article just made me think about this. Still, I'd like an answer if anyone knows.

Obviously, I can't speak for SW3 but I can say that Monster Hunter 3 does not use the Gamecube controller. It uses the Remote/Nunchuk or the Classic Controller set up in a PS2 style configuartion or PSP style configuration.

If you're waiting for MH3, you could also wait to see if they bring the Pro over or just import one.

If the game is coming on the PS2, I don't care.

My only question is, will any of the new characters be challengers to make it onto this list.
