nothing they can do to make this game worth buying. Once a game has been trashed as much as this has there is no going back in hopes of it selling.

I loved this game. The laggyness online kinda killed it though.

I have spent worse things with $10 and this game wasnt one of them. Was it great? no, but it was a decent psn title worth checking out (for all punisher fans as the models are pretty well done and the comic panel story board is a nice touch). Critics were right with some of the things they said about the game no denying that but for $10 what were you expecting? And as the article states the game is being patched so for those who would knock the online, even other star (non)retail games have these problems (fat princess and 1943) its just the nature of the beast. However we should be staying away from other titles who havent admitted there is a problem nor have attempted to fix it. (im looking at you online co-op gunstar hereos!)

Really, in principle, the game is all that it was advertised to be: basic, straightforward FPS. I do like the game, however, for them to claim that it provided"exceptional value and a solid online multiplayer experience that included the style and grit from the Punisher MAX franchise, and we feel we've accomplished this," is complete bullshit. I'm very happy that they're finally talking about putting out a patch, and if it works I'll start playing again, but the statement I quoted is an utter lie, being that the "online multiplayer experience" was anything but "solid," (after thirty seconds of opponents lag-jumping all over the place, you're booted entirely from the PSN), and being that the main part of the game isn't even functional, it's an insult to call it an "exceptional value."

Yeah, if they fix it, it's a decent game, the game they advertised, and I appreciate them actually doing a patch, but that kind of self-congratulatory PR crap I find unacceptable.
