I thought Extra Life was a webcomic. Either way, the stuff these guys are doing is great.

It's Second Life what you're thinking of. Either way, yeah what these kids do is pretty awesome.

We should make a Joystiq team for this and then stream it on the web. Anyone up for it?

I was thinking the same thing. I head up the gaming project at Johns Hopkins - I would love to do something like this to raise donations for my hospital...

At any rate samfish, if you're serious, put my name on the list, and keep me posted!

Well, I'd be up for it, but we should have at least 6 people I'm thinking. Maybe we could just play multiplayer games or have races to see who can finish old school games like SMB or Contra or something the fastest.

Maybe we get some people together that all have the same game on one console (i.e. Halo, WoW, etc.) and just play those games for the 24hrs and stream the gameplay and audio over Ustream.

He says you never call him anymore, and he asks if it's cause of you-know-what?

I don't know, just relaying the message...

Uh-oh. Did the Godfather give you herpes?

He said he should've never done all those things with you on the first date. He also said he's probably going to let EA do him up the ass next time around, out of spite.

.
That Godfather 2 is a dirty whore, dude!

And I am a part of it! Me and my friends will be hosting a 24-hour-gaming-marathon on PSN/XBL/WoW with a live web-cam broadcast of the 'event', irc-style chat, and plenty of fun. We hope to raise at least $500 and will double everything over that amount.

Fun for a good cause? Of course I am in!

I'm sorry Justin, are you actually trying to complain about a charity event because it's happening for a second time?
Is there a way I can read Joystiq.com and exclude your posts?

Justin, you're a dumb@ss for your continuous failed attempts at humor. If there is one thing to NOT joke about it is this kind of thing. I'm not sure if you have ever lost anyone close to you to cancer, but I can tell you personally it is not something you want to experience. How about you give Sarcastic Gamer props the right way. Believe me, your posts aren't doing anything special for anyone....
