The only original Pokemon games I got were Blue and Crystal they were the best in my opinion. I am looking forward to these games

Pokemon Red Version was the first ever gameboy color game I played. I got my gameboy specifically for this game, I remember begging my mother for it. Man it feels like so long ago. More than a decade probably.

Pokemon really influenced my childhood, and especially the gameboy games, they were fantastic imho. I get a really hard nostalgia trip everytime I see anything related to pokemon, specifically to what is now called the 'first gen' pokemon which I still think are the best.

Recently played Platinum which is the newest pokemon game I've played since Silver, and I thought it was great. Really brought back memories. In my early 20's now and don't really give a shit, sometimes it feels good to embrace your childhood memories. After all, they'll stick with you forever.

This sounds great. I'll definitely be checking it out. I f'in loved the Silver edition, and now we get to play it with snazzy new updated graphics and probably several other upgrades.

Can't wait.

I'll buy both, but probably will get Heart first and then a used copy of Soul on gamefly (that's how I did Diamond and Pearl; I bought a new copy of Diamond & then about 6 months later, a used bargain copy of Pearl was on Gamefly's store and I got that for a great price).

F'serious...I'm gonna have to say...I'M FUCKING EXCITED! I loved G/S, they were the best games in the franchise, but we all know that D/P had the best game engine, so this combines the two!? HELL YEAH! ...I digress...

I'm 10 and I can name all 493 pokemon without a guide. I have not played all of the games but I have played/owned most: Leaf Green,Fire Red,Crystal,Diamond,
Pearl,Sapphire,Platinum. And I think that I agree with most when I say that 3rd genration(Sapphire&Ruby)was the worst.

i still have my game boy color and my gold version,my diamond,platinum i bought today and im surely getting soulsilver cuz lugia kicks ho-oh´s ass badly

I didn't really think G/S/C were the worst pkmn games ever. R/S/E were worst than G/S/C in my opinion.
