Sega wants your vote for the next Genesis XBLA game
107
In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Genesis, Sega is asking you, The Internet, to pick the next Genesis game to arrive on Xbox Live Arcade. It doesn't look like an easy choice either, as the list of candidates has some of the console's best games. All told, you can cast your vote for:

Agreed. Though, if we see the same thing for Earthworm Jim 2, I will forcefully beg for the Sega Saturn version, which had infinetly better sound quality and smoothness(though the smoothness is a requirement practicaly these days). I'm really tired of the crappy versions of games being ported and the fancy ones being totally forgotten.

I have the perfect solution for the conundrum: all of the above.

Toejam and Earl is awful, AND boring. And confusing. and 'hip' in that 1990's kind of way that makes you embarrassed to have lived in that decade. Plus theres no way to kill enemies without a powerup, but the powerups aren't worth it because half of them kill you. And if you get hit in the wrong place once you get knocked down like 10 levels and you have to grind your way back up.
And did I mention it's slow paced and boring, because that's the most important part.
One of the worst games ever made. and the worst CO-OP game made. period.
I beg you, PLEASE don't give sega money for this piece of shit.

Do Toe Jam and Earl have a Laser pistol? I think not. Earthworm Jim takes my vote.

I would also encourage undecided 360 owners to vote for Toe Jam & Earl. I've been consistently pleased with my purchase of it as a VC title, and the game deserves more attention
It's like "My First Dungeon Crawler," in its mechanics. Not quite as relentlessly punishing as some dungeon crawlers, but tough enough, encouraging creative use of the items you find, and with a deliciously awkward early 90's hip-hop theme draped over all.

I agree with Captain Planet.
If you don't pick Toejam & Earl, you are wrong.

There's no option for S3K. This is clearly an error.

Actually, Sonic & Knuckles will be released on XBLA later, which you'll be able to lock on to other Sonic games you have on the Xbox 360

It's going to be released for 400 points, not 1200.
