Whenever I read that comic, always thought would be cool to play a virtual game. I think Virtual with Real is even better & should be cool to at least play. Hope it has online dueling.

Until you beat someone with a short temper, and you get a faceful of nerd schlong in the camera.

Then, it becomes considerably less sexy.

It's awesome that Sony is revisiting this game. I mean, it came out and then I heard nothing. This is something Sony should have been pushing like crazy. Think of all of the Yu-gi-oh fans they could've snatched up.

Too bad sony's new awesome PSP-GO doesn't work with this.

They should've built-in the camera on the new PSP-GO, then maybe it would be worth the $250 price-point.

anyone that played the PS3 game knows that this is probably doomed to failure. No one wanted to publish the cards in English, and even the cards that were produced were expensive and hard to find. I would love to play this and Id love to get back into playing the PS3 version, but there you need cards to play a card game, and right now, they don't exist.

I find this pretty confusing honestly. It's trouble enough setting up the PS3 version to read properly, I can't imagine the pain it'll be on PSP. Hopefully they won't require you travel with a stand and mat.

Maybe they'll go more the Rock Band route... no peripherals, just a good game making use of the name brand. Some camera functionality would be nice, but not full on like in the original.

your points are invalid because you don't know grammar. And because your don't know what you're talking about. There's that too.

you mentioned Yu-gi-oh, but I would prefer Magic The Gathering. And it would need to work with existing cards.

they'd have to reprint every set to do that. ;p or get some software that could figure out the tiny text of every card.

Sony the PSP Eyetoy still isn't out in North America yet. So it would be great if you bundled the PSP EyeToy with this and a seperate one with Invizimals. Or bundle both games with the camera.

As for the PSP Go. Um. Don't know what they plan to do with that. They would have to have a pretty clunky camera setup for the Go. Which would hurt the portable nature of that system.

and a better question... Will w ehave to buy sets 2 and 3 on the PSP version like with did with the PS3 version? will they be $15? will we not get any free boosters for buying it? I think they should give anyone who buys those new sets online at least 2 boosters of that particular set.

I think that they could configure software to do this, it Microsoft can make natal recognize faces and voices, why can't sony do the same with the cards.

Well after years of the camera for the PSP has been out they finally show a new game for it and then they announce a new PSP GO with no camera. The PSP GO should of had a bulit-in camera and really support it. Also who really enjoyed playing the PS3 game of this?

Looks like Joystiq got it wrong again.. It won't be using the camera. Lesson #1 - Don't believe anything on joystiq until you see the official trailer.
