Yeah, well. It's still in Euro, though, and if you are living in Germany you're probably better off importing one from Great Britain. You'll pay less and don't end up with a handheld you don't want or need.

That's not Sony, it's from the retailer called "Saturn", just look at their Logo on the Website:

If I lived in Germany I'd buy at least a few of these... then sell them on ebay.

I already own a PS3 so I don't need it for that, and this would count as many a sell for Sony too if you think about it. I'd only sell them back for their original price ($550 or so).

I am going to Gamescom for a day on thursday, this deal is very good, you basically get a psp free.
I am going to have to force myself not to buy this while i am there.

Hell Sony needs a PS3/PSP SKU anyways. One that comes with a free voucher for 2-3 PSOne games that way they can play it on both systems.

I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. Anyway, that's a pretty good deal, considering both systems are vastly overpriced over there. Now there's a territory that deserves a price cut far more than we do over here in the US.

That still looks like a great deal to me, even though that's Euros.

PSP and even the 'fat' PS3 still kick ass, especially for a combined price like that! It's not like with these slimmer models that these older PSP/PS3 models are suddenly worthless. Newer isn't always better you know. Look at the PSP-go that is not much of an improvement nor a good deal and neither makes the older models obsolete. The PSP-1000 is still one of the best in my opinion.

I expect the same thing with the new PS3... It might be more compact and probably more energy efficient and have a larger hdd, but i'm also sure it's going to be more expensive than the fat PS3's after the new price drops.

So a deal like this would be a perfect way for people to get a PSP and PS3 combination that thought it was still too expensive up until now. Hell, if I lived in Germany i would pick this one up! But i do already own two of each ;)

I thought the sign was showing Sony the irony that they are now the most expensive hardware maker, when years ago they undercut the Sega "Saturn" which sold at $399.

Obviously I read too much into the sign. lol!

Does that white tag thing on the PS3 say "We Blu-Ray Funkstation"?
