Joyswag: Halo Wars Mega Bloks [update]

The generous builders over at Mega Bloks were kind enough to send over a few cases of the company's recently launched Halo Wars brick collection. Seeing as we aren't the greedy types, we decided to share our Blok bounty by holding one of our famous Joyswag giveaways.

Up for grabs are five complete sets of the entire Halo Wars Mega Bloks collection. Those lucky enough to win will receive enough bricks to build a spectacular Halo display that could rival the legendary Halo 3 Believe diorama. If that level of awesome is achieved: pics or it didn't happen.

Well thats pretty cool only wish that legos would come out with halo legos seeing as they are not the cheap kind of china crap as mega blocks

I couldn't stand finding Mega Blocks in my Lego because they didn't connect properly (with other Mega Blocks OR Lego). It's weird that they chose to go with Mega Blocks and not Lego. It's like choosing to develop for the NGage over a current generation console.

Megablocks are crappy cheap bad quality lego, Microsoft should have gone with Lego, who has many franchises in Lego already.

Call me old fashioned (well on Halo that is) but, I still like the Warthog. Mainly because you looked like a drunk monkey trying to drive it for a while until you got it down.

as for favorite vehicle, i'm gonna have to go with the warthog. theres nothing quite like piling three people into a party 'hog and skedaddling around the map. scorpion or ghost would be second.

I love getting the active camo and jumping on the ghost. It's a ghost driving a ghost!

Yes it does look like a ghost driving a ghost, however it does kind of negate the usefulness of the active camo.

True, but it prevents someone else from using the camo.

I'm not a fan of using the vehicles in Halo, but if I had to chose I'd probably pick the ATV.

Easily the Hornet. And it's not just my favorite vehicle from Halo Wars, it's my favorite from the Halo universe. I can't tell you how many times I've replayed that mission in Halo 3. Besides, I don't think there's anything more terrifying than a swarm of Hornets bearing down on your base and your anti-air turrets aren't up yet! AHAHAAA. Sweet, sweet victory....

The warhog, either your driving around with a friend shooting at people and running them over or if one is racing towards you a well placed grenade will send it flying over your head for some great laughs.

Without a doubt my favorite is still the Warthog! My son and I would have a blast putting these together and it would be a great way of introducing him to the Halo universe!
