The very serious story of Invizimals

Invizimals was one of the biggest surprises for us at E3. Shown only behind closed doors, we were captivated by its unique camera-based, Pokemon-inspired gameplay. It felt "magical," and we think you'll agree once you see this story trailer. As you can see, these critters are real, only visible through the PSP camera. But what if the energy of these invisible animals could be weaponized? Terrifying, isn't it? As the trailer shows, this is serious, Academy Award-winning stuff. You will not witness truer human drama.

Expect people who have purchased this to do any/all of the following:

- Check underpants for INVIZIMALS
- See if they lurk in public places... bathrooms, churches, White Castle, etc
- Go PSP-less and view INVIZIMALS with the use of "herbal/potable supplements"

The trailer reminded me of a take on District-9 in a sad and contrived kind of way.

what just happened....i pressed play and....oh my god...

I thought it was hilarious. The bad guy lifts up his PSP and wants to do battle with little fury creatures, acting as seriously as he can. I almost died.

The bad guy is all like, "I will kill and then rape your family."

Then he pulls out his probably stolen PSP and is like, "But lets play a children's game first."

Kill then rape? I think you got the order wrong there...

The story was stupid, but the game idea is potentially awesome.

so what's the deal here? is that camera compatible with the PSPgo?

Yeah. It attaches to the top of the PSP-3000, similar to the skype attachment.

The current psp cameras are not compatible with the go, not that I have seen any of them in stores as to date. I would think that when the game is released they will probably have a Go compatible camera available.

I want to play this simply because I'm excited that Brian Blessed from Flash Gordon is in a video game.
