WoW can be classified as a Class A drug for a decent percentage of it's player base. Exploiting it further with magazines/toilet paper/cereals/clothing tie-ins seem like a natural evolution of the brand.

Kidding aside, a game magazine is nothing new and any game which has a player base which can rival the install base of consoles that are well represented by various magazines is nothing to be surprised about. If anything, I can't believe it took this long.

More ways for Acti-Blizz to print money.

I'm sure it'll have a ton of wondrous things that you can't find on the internet. Like a strategy guide.

So they want me to pay ten dollars an issue for a magazine that's just about WoW and Blizzard? I love you very much, Blizzard, but I'm not going to pay such a ridiculous fee for a magazine in this day and age.

I am not addicted to WoW even after playing for a week! It got really, REALLY boring. I'm sure this magazine is just filled with stuff that will make you want to play more to get to higher levels (ironically, that's what turned me off to this game).

Eh, we'll see. If the mag has some well known writers I’ll maybe more interested in getting it. If not, I’ll wait. Either way, I think the art in the mag will be well worth it.

Issues will be about 140 pages each without even any ads. There will be information, interviews, art, strategies (Although useless since we can get that for free on the internet). I think about $10 each sound reasonable enough.

If you don't think it's a fair price, then don't get it. I for one, if I can afford it, will buy the issues when I can. I'm excited for the interviews and art.

That's great news. I am very excited for WoW magazines. World of Warcraft fans will enjoy as the magazine will have unique content in each and every issue. The best thing is now the magazine is available in English, French, German, and Spanish editions. For more details refer http://www.etechreviews.net/fantabulous-news-for-all-the-wow-fans-worldwide/
