That is a clone troopers helmet. This implies that he is a Republic Jet Trooper.

Im sorry but you put a question mark there so i have to answer, that is neither a storm trooper nor Republic Commando. Republic Commandos wear Katarn Class armor which is much bulkier than the standard phase 1 that guy was wearing. The colors also indicate he is a member of the 501st Legion the main force of clones in the cartoon so there's probably gonna be an announcment or demo for Republic heroes. The appearance of a 7th Star Corps Commander (yellow guy) and galactic marines (red snowtroopers) would however make me wonder if there's something for a new battlefront?

Well put, but i thought the 501st wasn't created until events within the timeframe of Episode 3? And they just wore the phase 2 armor?
Ah i don't know, just what i thought.
Hope they annouce Battlefront 3 is still alive and kicking. And it still looks as good as Free Radicals (Crytek UK) alpha footage that was leaked a while ago

the 501st was only sort of kinda ever created. Many of the clones in the 501st were part of the original cloning and fought at Geonosis but a year after that several of them were moved to a secret facility in Coruscant along with a separate cloning facility where they were specially trained by Palpatines hand picked people, the 501st's first real public appearances began after the Second Battle of Jabiim

Ah right, ive been reading the republic commando books, half way through 'Order 66' atm, so i don't really know much about the 501st asides from what i saw in the Ep3, a few of the comics and Battlefront 2
