I am so excited for this game.
That said, I'm concerned. I applaud the co-op approach, but what I need to know is whether or not I have the option of playing this through as single-player. I honestly don't do much online or ad-hoc gaming with my PSP, and don't want a crappy AI player either. Sure, I'm down for co-op when the mood strikes, but I want to play through this on my own if I feel like it, too.
Also, Four Snakes is awesome, but needs some explanation, I think. Even if it's nanomachines.
Day one buy, regardless.

this looks pretty cool but I owned Portable Ops and was underwhelmed with the structure of it. I never finished it b/c I sold my psp for lack of playing it. With the promise of co-op this could be as good as I had hoped the first one to be, but it needs to have some more story emphasis than PO and a more traditional, linear, game progression.

Is it me or is there a little to much man on man action. That whole beginning part with him pumping him back to life looked awkward. I hope that life rescue is not part of the game cause in the heat of battle you cant just sit there and wait for your "partner" to come back to life.

I really hope the shakycam is only used for cutscenes and not during actual gameplay. I was getting dizzy watching that :s

Wow, that looked awesome! : ) Yes i'm sure there will be tons of gay jokes but it looks fun. Now i just need to make some new friends so i can play the game with them when it comes out. I hope it's as much fun as it looks!
