Awesome trailer from Blizz as usual. Wish they were adding another hero class but whatever I can live with what's been announced so far.

Its nice that they are revamping the low level zones and (finally!) allowing flying mounts in Azeroth. I'd like to see the newly redesigned zones also contain a few spots for 60-70 because doing outlands for the bajillionth time is getting boring. Playing a worgen druid sounds crazy awesome and would actually get me to play Alliance. I just don't know if its enough to bring me back, though.

Joking aside, he actually does, and apparently Blizzard found out and was like "Uh, really? Wanna make our movie?" I guess he plays with his kid(s) and their friends. Which sounds totally awesome.

If WoW weren't so expensive, I'd probably play it... I have a lot of friends who play it, and I really miss them... It really is too bad I don't really have the kind of time I had a few years ago, so I can't justify $15/month... The trailer looks sweet, though, despite me not knowing what any of it really meant...

Your argument is foolproof. Congratulations.

I'm wondering how this is going to work for people who won't buy the expansion... So will new players only know these zones in their post apocalyptic state?
Interested in the implementation of this...

The cataclysm will happen for everyone, even those who only have the core game.

As a launch date player, I am not impressed.
WoW, at least for me, has run it's course. I'll finish the WotLK expansion, kick Arthas butt and will be done with it. And I feel I am not alone in my decision.
Sure, WoW will rake in quite some revenue for the next 12-18 months, but I really think that it's way past it's apex now. The decline is inevitable and it will be significant.

I am with you there. I really really do not feel like leveling 10 more times over a month or two, on just one character (assuming we can be lvl 90) I've just become burned out on the game. Did have some good times but its felt more and more like a chore, I miss the vanilla WoW days.

I don't know what you mean there is nothing else for Blizzard to add..
there is still alot of Lore that hasn't been touched.. Go to any zone in "Classic" and you see areas that are still not open.
I have been hoping for content concerning the story around Deathwing, I am interested to see what happens.
There is more to the game than just Grinding out the levels and getting geared in the Dungeons.. try reading some of the quest stories.

I started playing right before LK and it was my first true MMO and I loved playing WoW at first. I stoped in January after my 3 month sub went out and I just never went back. TBH it's just too much grinding first it's level cap then it's money, profession, and area points. If they had a lot of different arenas and BG's I think this game would not get a old as it did. I like how Blizzard does some stuff though like holidays and I like to get into 80man raids. I also loved to quest, but eventually you just find yourself slouching in your chair with your eyes rolling into the back of your head. I think if they made the level cap to idk 90 or 100 I would have come back, but I doubt I will now just not enough new stuff that I would be interested in I don't think.

My problem is the single player aspect. I used to raid all the time, but then my wife and I started playing together and really enjoyed playing by ourselves. The biggest thing I miss is getting the nicer new equipment and being able to see the end game content. My biggest problem with WOW since day one (I have played since the beginning) is that there is no way for just my wife and I to see end game content and get end game equipment.
Will Blizzard ever allow single players to play end game content? I don't mind the difficulty or how long it takes to play the raids, but I hate how long it takes even with a really good guild and how my wife and I can not just break from it for a short period of time.
P.S I thought I heard someone mention earlier that a new addition was quest chains that would allow you to get end game content (single player), but I have not seen anything online about this. Anyone know about it???

This actually looks pretty awesome. Not enough for me to whip out that credit card though! Werewolves or not.

Wow, I think that is the cheesiest trailer I've ever seen for a game expansion or full game. What happened to all the "it would be impossible to allow flying mounts in Azeroth and too much work so we aren't going to do it"? Oh yeah it was BS.
Looks like more of the same. I haven't played for 2 years and this really doesn't make me want to reup.
