PSA: Don't forget Spike's Batman: Arkham Asylum special on tonight.... at whatever time it's on tonight!...

On Spike! The company that prides itself on stereotyping men!

It's on at midnight because that's when all men are up, drinking beer.

And after that, we watch infomercials until we pass out.

Cuz, that's what we do on Spike.

I really want to watch it but I'm afraid they will spoil too much about the game and I wont enjoy it as much when I get it tomorrow.

You could have posted a few less if not for the repeat posting of videos, although Arkham Asylum isn't the only game on joystick to get the double dipping treatment.

Can you imagine what it would've been like if Rocksteady got their hands on Nolan's vision of Batman? Not saying a videogame adaption of the Dark Knight, cause I don't know how that would've worked as a game, but Nolan/Bale's adaptation of it.

This game looks like one of those games I can play every single day for the next 5 years and not get bored with it. Everything about this game just screams "FUCK YES!"

I think that's the reason why this game has turned out so great, it didn't have to be binded with the movie interpretation of story.

I just assumed it was good because of the oodles of money that Warner Bros. made on the last movie. didn't that come close to a billion dollars or something like that? you know that's gotta play into it.

Looks like WB is putting the truckloads of cash it made on the Dark Night movie to good use. Big budget game and tons of marketing. goodonya WB, goodonya!

I wanna call in sick tomorrow, but I'm the boss I'm supposed to set good example (plus, I can't call myself because I would know it's a lie). :o( So I'll just bring my TV and the PS3 into my office instead. :o)

Thank you Joystiq, because enough is enough. The drip-feed marketing tactics for this game have been over-the-top.

OK, so I signed up for Rewards R Us online and it gave me a temporary card to print and use, so I guess I'll be going to TRU tomorrow morning. Are there any downsides to being enrolled in this? Membership didn't require a credit card.
