Eh, they missed their opportunity with me. I was looking forward to getting this on the PSN, but they've taken too long. By the time it comes out I'll have moved on to the all of the other games coming out this holiday season.

So wait, what? Game developers are supposed to release games when gamers think it would fit their needs? Aw shoot I thought it was when a game was complete and not full of bugs and holes! (tho some developers still do that, push a game out before its done and friggin patch it later!)

Get some patience will you? even if you do have other games to get and wont find time to play Trine, get it later or something! Obviously if theres other games more important to you than Trine, then you didnt wanna play it that bad to begin with.

I'm not saying I want them to release a buggy game, or that they should release it before it's finished. What I'm saying is that their best window of opportunity was during the past few months when there was a dearth of titles that caught my interest. Within the next 4-6 months I see a deluge of titles that strike my fancy, and Trine will likely get lost in that shuffle.

I may pick it up eventually--I've not written it off entirely--it's just that I won't have the time to play it when I'm busy with all the other games coming out this holiday season and early next year. If it slips by me next month, chances are I won't remember to pick it up six months from now.

I also feel that the game is hurt by how awesome Shadow Complex was. Based on the PC demo, it's nowhere near as good. If they released before Shadow Complex it would have been an automatic buy. Now I'm slightly less interested due to how it compares with other, similar games.

Not sure why you got downvoted. But the way things are looking, Trine will be on the 360 around the same time as the PS3.

I think i might just end up getting the pc version even though i was waiting for the psn one. just because you can actually get a physical copy at retail.

perhaps you missed the best of e3 badge RIGHT NEXT TO that quote? Also I'm willing to bet there's a bunch on the back; generally it's considered poor form to blanket the front of your box with text (though some certainly try it)

It's in Sony's approval process, and as long as another bug isn't found Nobilis says that it "should be available beginning of September". If true, I guess that would make it around the same time as this retail release. It seems they won't get as big of a head start on the XBLA release as they probably would have liked.

And I can't believe your copy editor missed "you're wait is almost over". You guys do have one, right?
