I'm playing lock the door and stay inside. There is a Texas bank Robber on the run in my small town after he was pulled over today and shot 3x at a police officer. The whole county is freaking about this one. I saw the high speed chase happening on way home from the bank. The assailant fled into the woods on foot after he crashed his truck. Somehow they still haven't caught him even though there are FBI, local and state law enforcement agencies trying to apprehend the fugitive. It's a scary feeling.

Playing Valkyria Chronicles. If you are just getting a PS3 (slim) this should be one of your first purchases. Awesome game.

@ RANDOM G

Nah, it's my favorite numbered game in the series. After playing through them all I would have to say my personal order would be -

Tactics > IX > VI > VII > IV > VIII > V > III > I > X > II

I just beat Arkham and damn was that game awesome. I also just finished off Rogue Galaxy! I'm on a roll. Currently I'm playing Shadow Hearts, Eternal Sonata (PS3), Legend of Heroes, The Warriors (PSP), Final Fantasy IV (DS), Lost Odyssey, Vagrant Story, and Klonoa (PS1). Too much! I hope everyone has a good weekend.

I finished Arkham Asylum yesterday morning with 100% of the riddles so I guess I'm either going to be trying to get 100% on the whole game (only need to master all the challenge rooms...which aint easy) or start over and beat it on hard. Great game btw, even if the final fight was disappointing. The Scarecrow parts are by far the best.

Really? I wasn't too fond of the scarecrow parts. They were a lot better than dealing with croc though.

Most of the boss fights were kind of disappointing anyway. I found I had a lot more fun fighting regular guys in the rooms where you're supposed to take them down with stealth.

Wolfenstein and LOTRO. Wolfenstein is actually a lot better than I thought it would be, though it tends to get incredibly repetitive after a little while.

You think playing with shitty partners is bad? Try pro with AI Sheva. I died almost 30-35 times in the fight after Wesker leaves. Most infuriating gaming experience of my life. In fact, all of the QTEs on Pro are annoying.

I'd do a pro run with you, but I can't lie and say that I didn't abuse some unlimited ammo magnums during some of the really difficult fights in the game. >_>;

why do you have to use such hateful language alex? It hurts me deeply. But yeah Ludwig hit the nail on the head, a fortress of Ra's Al Ghul would fit perfectly. Sure they wouldnt normally be there but Ra's is a rich dude and im sure he could persuade or somehow coerce the other villains to working with him, such as promising mr freeze to put his wife in a lazarus pit. Blackgate penitentiary would work well also, not as many villains there, but considering the joker had the black gate prisoners transferred to arkham, you could maybe have the villains moved here in the wake of arkhams extensive damage. Also i am absolutely going to say Gotham, because as absolutely is I LOVED AA, i still pine deeply for an Grand Theft Batman's Creed, and even not you could just stick to a specific section like the narrows or the area surrounding crime alley

as for WRUP i borrowed fable the lost chapters from a friend and really enjoying it, more so than Fable 2, I just enjoy the different setting waaaay more. Once im finished with that ill go back to the asylum and get 100 percent, really enjoying the challenges, or should I say "The easies" har har har. Ill also be dicking around in WoW, name's Ralendar on Elune and Mandalorian63 on Live. Also other fitting gotham locations would be the cauldron, an irish mob run crime infested area, GCPD headquarters, Wayne tower invaded by bad guys, or The Penguin's iceberg lounge along the rest of the building including penguin's penthouse and crime headquarters.

i was gonna say the JLA Tower of Babel story line, the rest of the cast's story told through cinematics and com exchanges, while following batman as he hunts down Ras. That or like a story taking place on the watchtower with him being the only one not taken down by an invading injustice league, with him having to locate and free his team mates :)

What about Gotham during No Man's Land, or whatever the war in gotham was called. Blown out building and whatnot could add some of the arkham type vibe, while the "war" lends itself perfectly to a gathering of villians, each trying to gain control of the city.

For something completely off wall, you could even go w/knightfall or battle for the cowl, where you could play as multiple characters trying to be bats. Not saying that would be a sequel, but it might be kinda fun...

Hey, replying to this post cause that way you get the email.

You asked Why Africa? in reply to Preston's post. Lol at "so are a shitload of other places". Preston said, "The next Batman game should be pitted against Ra's Al'Ghul in Africa.". Ra is an Egyptian God. That's why he said Africa. Just clarifying...

And I disagree with Longhorn btw...he said Batman sucks and that's just plain bullshit. Still don't know which to get though, might re-read some reviews. =P

I don't have Arkham Asylum and don't plan on getting it anytime soon.... OMG DONT HURT ME! I don't have enough cash to get everything I want, and I really want Infamous first. D:

I'll be playing some Battlefield: Bad Company on PS3. Anyone else here play that still? I swear everyone's moved to that and left 1943, that I know.

dont get infamous first. Honestly, batman obsession aside completely from a gameplay stand point, AA is far better. Infamous is slow paced, the combat is meh, the powers dont make you feel powerful, the city is completely nondescript, there's absolutely no music and to top it off the graphics are kinda scratchy and full of the jaggies

arkham asylum's story is loads better. Infamous didnt even try with the moral choices, it held your hand so hard it was probably broken by the time you finished it. Also just the core gameplay rubbed me the wrong way. If im a superhero with legitimate super powers, why am i always having to run away and dodge and struggle against homeless guys with guns? Ugh. Terrible disappointment, i was so excited about all the hype i traded my xbox with a friend for a month, definitely not worth it, but KZ2 was
