Well I'll go ahead and agree with ya there. Though I think the naked chicks and fat dude were a lot more... cancer-y. But this definitely doesn't entice me to purchase the game. Then again, neither did the Van Halen addition. Just be real w/ me Activision!
PS Did anyone else get a 10$ gift card for picking up Arkham Asylum at BB?

They are going to need all the help they can get to push out this next piece of shit. The just need to do what rock band is doing and release a bunch of songs for DLC. I don't care if I was promised a lap dance by a bunny, I wouldn't buy another guitar hero with some songs that are fun and most that blow. Ha ha, sorry but you have to admit Activision loves to kill every series they own. Give it more than a year between releases and do some DLC. Ok, I'm done.

That's still like saying it's the best punch in the face ever.
GH will never be as god as it was when Harmonix was part of the team.

Complaining about one song is nit-picking.
Complaining about GH's awful interface that hasn't been changed that much since GH2, "rock stars" who move like robots, an inferior selection of DLC, and the gimmicky touchpad that is impossible to use and has been shoehorned into songs where you wouldn't normally "need" it, is not.

You're right on the DLC, but....
GH3's interface was okay.
GHWT's was shit
GHM/SH's interface was okay
But GH5? Have you even fucking seen it? It's really good.
Same with the characters, the GH5's characters don't look like robots. You know why? Neversoft finally learned how to abuse the camera like Harmonix is doing. Rock Band's character's aren't perfectly fluid, but the camera work makes up for it. You can't notice because the camera hides imperfections.
Also, the touch pad parts are completely optional. You can strum them and play them like normal if you want. You don't need the touch pad.

Now if they could just learn to properly animate a group of people onstage, they'd be set.
Touchpad or not, I still hate playing some stupid made-up solo at the end of songs where they don't belong.

I thought blowing up the house signified the end of this lame ad campaign. Guess not.
