I like Wolfenstien, but those German Soldiers look horrible. They are poorly drawn, and Hitler had a Mustache, not a goatee.

Yeah, I saw the Hitler portrait as well. What the hell is up with Hitler's goatee? Do they think it's offensive to portray Hitler as he actually was? Or are they just ignorant morons?

Frostblade10,

I don't know, but why would it be offensive to portray Hitler the way he actually looked?

It's a joke. A lot of Wolfenstein is a joke. It doesn't take itself very seriously and that's what helps make it so excellent. But yes, you are both correct that Hitler most certainly had a stupid little mustache and no goatee.

I think people need to put these games into context, you have to realize that smart phones are a fledgling platform and we are witnessing what is the very beginning of a much larger trend in gaming. Overall, the control and mechanics of most mobile games are still to be desired, but this is in relation to the console and/or PC, where gaming has been explicitly intended and/or incubated since the early 80's. The main point is that I can find substantitive entertainment from a smart device that has multiple functions, a definite increase in overall (un)productivity would've ye say?

Carmack says Id is making some cash doing this kind of nonsense. If they can use that to fund real games like Rage and Doom4, I'm all for it. Seems odd though.

Anyone manage to beat the final boss? Also, what with the no mention of certain enemies getting essentially double turns (they can move & shoot, while you can move or shoot).

This game crashes a lot on me. Specifically, whenever I try to cycle through my weapons.
