Holy crap that looks great, and I know because I still have the original PS1 game with me in mint condition. Loving the sound of the redone soundtrack to, brings back memories

Dang, got me all excited. The beginning of the trailer and the titles font made me think this was going to be a star fox 64 knock off (in a good way). Oh well, never played the original but if it comes state side I will have to check it out.

Looks like good old school fun especially for co-op.

That lock on beeping sound would get annoying though.

Finally!!!!!!!! I saw this and fainted, woke up saw it again, fainted again, and now I believe it. This is a dream come true for those of us who love the original on the PS1. I have been looking for this for a LONG time! This IS a shooter.....somewhere along the way over the last 10yrs or so, this genre got replaced by 1st-person shooter. Good to see it has not been forgotten!

Yeah I remember this game. Memories all came flooding back because it looks like the same game. That is not especially a bad thing, the intense game play is what makes this game enjoyable or frustrating ...... it depends.

Put a price tag of less than $10 and I will reminisce.

Interesting, I was just playing RayForce on MAME yesterday and wondering if XBLA had any worthwhile shmups. Still waiting on some of the Cave classics or Border Down, but this is certainly a welcome addition as well.

This game was fun on the Saturn but I tell you this its about roughly 2-3 hour long game. So unless they are going to be throwing more levels into the game this is going to be one short ride. Hopefully it will be 10 dollars.

Doesn't seem to look that much better than the PS1 version. Not sure if it's the video, but those textures look very low resolution. Most likely a PS2 update that got shelved until now.

Since the ESRB lists it, it's more than likely coming here, no?

One of the reasons I dust off my old PS1 on a regular basis. Fantastic game, not too hard, not too easy - and it has truckloads of giant robots to blow up inside.

When I saw the cinematic at the beginning of the clip, I almost wet myself.

I thought it was an EINHÄNDER port.

Then I realized it was not.

I was sad.
