Yeah, most of the time the video is shaking, it's sped up x2.
Ignore it, or if it really bothers you, send Joystiq a steady cam.

Around 16secs with the song starts, there name appears at the lower right corner of the video: Los Hories Dead Town, or at least I think that's the name of the song/band.
