I'm really glad I gameshared Fat Princess, cause it's really bad online...nearly unplayable. It always starts out ok, but then when things get rolling I always end up with 3-5 second lag which is more than enough to ruin the experience.

Last night and the night before, I just gameshared it about 3 days ago. It's not me either cause I play games that actually work online flawlessly like modern warfare and burnout paradise on ps3.

My friend had issues with it too, he said he even glitched through the floor and had to restart.

You sign onto your friend's (or someone elses...i play it safe though) PSN and go to his download history and you can download just about all of his PSN games, map packs, other DLC etc for free. Then you sign back onto your account and they will be there downloading.

It's not illegal, as Sony allows you to do it with up to 5 different ps3's. You can't do it with the big games like GT prologue, Warhawk and Socom though.

He made off a lot better than I did though, since I've bought way more PSN games than he has.

Just remember if you share with too many friends that kills your slots, If you stop talking to those friends you wont be able to remove them from your account because they have to do it from their system and you cant do anything about it. If your system gets damaged and you need a new one you cant get the content back because you have no more slots and sony wont remove consoles from your account for you. Be careful.

Well I don't know what else to say. When I've played around 50 online games between 360 and ps3 and only 1 gives me a problem, I tend to believe it's on the game and not me specially when this game is known for having extreme online issues.

By the way the "gamesharing" is only in case you buy a new PS3, I don't think it's legal. Besides, more money for them equals better stuff for us. Buy your own damn games.

I love how the person demo'ing the feature trails off when he starts saying:

"Obviously you'll need a new TV that supports 3D".

Still don't see what the big deal about 3D is.

"Hey guys, let's buy a whole new expensive TV and wear annoying glasses just to have something pop out every now and then!"

There's a reason why this whole 3D fad comes around every 10-15 years and quickly dies again. It's fun for about 10 minutes.

I can't believe I'm actually agreeing with something tmac is saying...

I, for one, can't wait for the 3D fad to go away. Newsflash people!, your tv screens are FLAT, no matter what technology you use, it's always going to look that way.

Now, some virtual reality glasses... Now that would be something else.

Crash Commando should be on this list, it is the best PSN game out there, is super cheap, and addictive as all heck. It is SOOOOOOO much better than Chubby Drag Queens, and the online games are amazingly fun. CDQ doesn't control well, is slow, boring and repetitive. Crash Commando has awesome controls, precise aiming and shooting, superfun fast paced gameplay that gets deeper and deeper the more you play it.

So consider Crash Commando over some of these lesser titles, especially the WAY overhyped Chubby Cake Eater Tranny game.

So how many bugs have people discovered in MvC2 so far, I mean it being a Backbone entertainment game there's bound to be at least 3 things broken about it. I mean even in the demo you couldnt back up to the full length of the screen, the 16:9 aspect ration was just an illusion and all the "HD filters" sucked.

Those aren't glitches, they're "features"!

MvC2... I have it, but I must admit, there are so many exploits in it, the game gets frustrating after a half hour.

How many Sentinel rocket punches, Magneto spammers, and Cable beamers must I fight before I admit defeat?...

MvC2 has a bazillion of bugs
-It's freezed my ps3 at least a dozen times. One time someone choose cable and then we started playing morrigan came out when he tried to swap in cable and then the game crashed of course.
-Plus no 2x punch or kick is such crap.
-30% of the time people who are about to lose in a scoreboard match leave b4 they lose so they can protect their score. They should take a loss if they leave! (just like in bnet)
-Sometimes when you hit people with elemental attacks like fire, ice ect the color effect sticks to the character
-Enormous lag

We're still investigating. It seems like Engadget MAY have misheard. Read our previous coverage of 3D on PS3:

It's a FEATURE, gentlemen!

One that can be turned on and off... Don't be so pessimistic, guys. If someone is giving you the ability to do 3-D, why would you punch the in the face?...

In 3-D, no less!

"In 3-D, no less!"

Sorr for the double post but...

I guess the question that should be asked is, why should we care?

I just do not see the point of it. I mean I guess it'll make the games look cooler, but other than that I don't see how it will make my gaming enjoyable.

You guys are out of your mind. Right in front of your fingers and ears are your eyes as the most important interface to video games on home consoles. The reason we want crisper graphics, bigger tvs, better fps, etc is all for immersion.

Being able to have it without some stupid glasses would be nice- but this is a nice step.

And if you don't think this will help w/ your immersion factor- buy a bigger tv... or better yet get a projection unit... or screw the immersion and go back to playing oregon trail.

"Perhaps Square should consider bringing its other downloadable games to PSN?"

Perhaps S-E should stop making deals with Microsoft as it never pays off. Stupid exclusivity deals held this game from release for months and it still came out with higher sales on the PSN then the XBLA. Who knew that PlayStation fans were more into S-E's games then Xbox fans.......other then S-E obviously everyone.

Glad to see solid support for Fat Princess and Metal Gear though I can bet FF7 will be on this list for a long, long time.
