apparently if you make a new gamertag profile, set your locale and everything to UK, you can d/l it and play. i haven't tried it yet, but that's what everyone on EA's FIFA10 boards are talking about.

america gets tons of exclusive content and we dont hear a word, everytime (rare that it is) that america misses out on something its considered 'news'
god forbid if they ever miss out on a game for 10 months like we in uk did with vesperia, not sure its even out yet as decided to boycot it when heard of its delay.
